hello! i hope everyone had a nice holiday season and has been enjoying their winter so far. the weather here is all messed up and hasn't been very cold for some reason? which makes me a little sad since i enjoy winter so much!!

man i always plan designs so far in advance, you'll always hear me saying JUST HOW LONG... but literally i got the ideas for these two i think around the time i drew up the winter ones last year. they were two ideas i didn't get the chance to do at that time, which is fine by me since i was able to work up the skill to be able to pull these guys off how i wanted!

my goal this time around was to make like... two designs that were very opposite of each other since i wanna start flexing my designing skills a bit more. also i imagined the idea of these two having some huge anime large-scale battle or something since they're both probably pretty tough in their own way but that's just me, what these two are is up to the owners.

anyhow i have lots of stuff planned for next year n such and i'll be finishing up a lot of things in january just like last year! thanks for all the support and kind words and well wishes everyone! <3

Champion of the Frozen Wastes

-- The arm is made from and sustained through mastery over the frost aspect, allowing it to move and function much like a normal arm. They are able to regenerate it if it happens to get damaged or shattered, and can change it's shape into various things, such as a blade or larger claws. It serves both as a shield from attacks, as well as a weapon. It's made of a mix of the browbird's own glowing, blue blood and frozen water from the atmosphere. It has a faint glow it in the right lighting. Same goes for the ice on the sword, which makes for a cool show when they're fighting in darkness.
-- The sword is massive, and seems like something that'd be nearly impossible to swing, but this browbird wields it with ease. The ice that forms across the blade is so cold that it burns to the touch.
-- I imagine this browbird is a big one, like... so tall. Towers over many other browbirds. Very strong and can lift. First impressions might make them appear very serious and scary, like they've seen many battles.

Keeper of the Clockwork Castle

-- They always keep roses on them, for roses in this world represent time, specifically the time we all have left. Rather than being a trinket that reminds them of the fleeting lives of others, they use it as a reminder of all the time they have left to live and learn all they can of the universe. Using their magic they keep it frozen in time, never letting it wilt.
-- They're quite the young browbird, but they awakened as an ancient very early on. They've learned their four aspects at a breakneck pace, mastering three before their crest even formed, and the forth one right after.
